Erika Kleiderman has presently undertaken a civil law degree (LL.B.) at the University of Montreal. She also holds a B.Sc. in Psychology from McGill University. In the past, Erika was involved with a research lab at the Douglas Hospital dealing with the effects of sleep on children’s academic performance. She first joined the Centre of Genomics and Policy in 2007, helping out with updating and maintaining the online database, and is currently working on a project dealing with newborn screening. Her interests lie in the domain of genetic screening and its ethical, legal, and social implications.
